Yes, we do accept guarantors. Some of the criteria for a guarantor include an income of at least five times the rent, passing a credit screening, and providing proof of a positive rental or mortgage history.
Some of our screening requirements are a combined household income of 3 times the rent, must pass a credit and background screening, and have no negative rental history. Ask our leasing office for the full criteria if you would like to review before applying.
